​Founded in 2003, Oakington Realty is a boutique residential real estate firm based in Houston, Texas. Built on relationships, trust, and deep local knowledge, Oakington was created to offer clients a more personal and strategic real estate experience.

Our founder, Steven Kleiman, launched Oakington after a successful career with a local custom homebuilder, where he managed everything from land acquisition to construction. He realized that if he could source land and sell homes for one builder, he could use that same expertise to help a broader range of clients and builders. Motivated by the principles in Think and Grow Rich, and guided by the desire to create something lasting, Steven stepped away from the corporate world and started Oakington Realty.

The name “Oakington” comes from the street Steven grew up on in Southwest Houston. That neighborhood gave him a lasting appreciation for family and community. Those values continue to shape the company’s mission today.

At Oakington Realty, we take a hands-on, proactive approach to real estate. For buyers, this means we don’t just rely on what’s available online. We dig deeper.
